I started shooting pictures about two years ago when I bought myself a digital camera. My intention was just to shoot some pictures, so an Olympus C-120 with 2 mpx did the job quite well for me.
Surprisingly, most results turned out pretty well and I liked the idea of digital photography so I sticked to it.
After some time I wanted a little bit more (e.g. optical zoom, larger resolutions...) so I sold my Olympus (wasn´t much worth anymore though) and bought a Sayno Xacti VPC-J1EX with 3.2 mpx, 3x inner optical zoom, super macro (2 cm!!!) etc., which is my current camera.
